Talent Kick is a Swiss-wide entrepreneurial program that supports the best global talents in forming interdisciplinary teams across Swiss universities and getting hands-on experience as entrepreneurs during their studies. We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant 100% (f/m/d) to lead the back-office operations and administration of Talent Kick and assist the leadership of Talent Kick on strategic initiatives, core processes, and in the day-to-day business.

🎯 Your mission

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media, Marketing, and Event Student Assistant (f/m/d) who is passionate about showcasing entrepreneurship opportunities to top talents across Switzerland—whether on Instagram, LinkedIn, at events, or in university classrooms. If you have a talent for graphic design and content creation, are creative, enjoy working autonomously, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and thrive on tackling new challenges, this role could be for you. Bonus points if you’ve successfully built a social media presence before!

At Talent Kick, you’ll work in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, collaborating closely with our team, participants, and partner organisations—including accelerators, entrepreneurs, investors, and foundations. Your work will boost the visibility of Talent Kick and our Startup Teams online while supporting entrepreneurial excellence in Switzerland!

⭐️ Responsibilities:

• Manage our online presence, especially social media channels Instagram and LinkedIn and build new channels for specific target groups.

• Design innovative marketing material and generate engaging textual, visual, and video content to drive engagement across various channels. Work together with our partners, team and participants to create engaging content to maximise attendance at events, workshops, and programs.

• Initiate and lead new projects to drive the marketing & promotion of Talent Kick to drive engagement and promotion across different channels: in-person events, print & online communication, social media, and website.

• Organise visibility of Talent Kick Team at external events to promote Talent Kick and create strong visibility of Talent Kick in the Swiss ecosystem.

• Support the organisation of internal projects & program events such as bootcamps, workshops, and team-building activities, while also providing support to the team during external events like conferences and fairs. Support the team on special projects.

• Potentially build PR campaigns and develop networks of online and print media.

💡 Ideal profile:

• Bachelor or Master Student or Graduate in a relevant field with a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology

• Drive to proactively identify and create new opportunities and open-mindedness. Ability to manage smaller projects independently, responsible and thorough in handling data.

• Excellent organisational skills, hands-on, can-do attitude, and team skills as well as great communicators in English (required) and French/German (ideal) – face-to-face, written, and on social media

• A strong talent in design, content creation, writing, and storytelling and previous experience in building successful social media presence, with student organisations or in organising events is a plus!

• A passion for a variety of tasks, enjoying a fast-paced environment, curious, willing to learn, and excited to evolve with us and the tasks

• Willingness to travel in Switzerland for events and lecture shouts
