Team forming: David, our CEO, met Razvan our CMO, while the latter was shooting a video for an art show. Finding out about their shared passions for neuro-technology, they decided to start a business in this space together. Later, after a stressful pitch to a neurosurgeon, Daniel, our CFO, overheard David and Razvan talking about their project, and joined in the conversation. A couple of months later, the first co-founder agreement was signed among the three. Later, as a result of the Talent Kick program, Shrey joined Neuralworks Technologies, impressing David with his technical grit and determination.
Vision statement: Our primary drive is to achieve human-machine symbiosis through seamless integration of intelligent devices with the human brain. Since 2021, we've been delivering on our vision without any surgery, enhancing the ability of humans to work with robots and operate in demanding environments.
Next Step: We want to invest more into R&D, improve the operating characteristics of our current user interface product, and develop a second user interface product at a proof-of-concept stage. In order to fund our operating expenses (mostly R&D), we are planning our fundraising, focusing on non-dilutive cash from startup programs and competitions such as Venture Kick. In parallel, we want to further develop our relation with a big client we are currently in talks with to eventually obtain a memorandum of understanding from them, sealed with a contract.
