In contrast, information that cannot be linked to your identity (e.g. statistical data on the number of users of our online service) is not considered personal data.

In principle, you can visit our website without having to provide any personal information. When you visit our website, our servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following technical data is collected and stored until automatic deletion after seven months at the latest:

Talent Kick does not collect sensitive data such as health data of individuals. Talent Kick might use your data for statistical and analytical purposes in order to administer the website or improve our products and services. This is done through the third-party Google Analytics (Google Inc.) which is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities, and share them with other Google services.

4. Social Media Plugins
On the Talent Kick website, you will find links to social media networks, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram. You can recognize the linking by the provider's logo. Clicking on the link opens the corresponding social media page to which this data protection declaration does not apply. For details of the provision applicable there, please refer to the corresponding data protection statements on the provider's website. Before calling up the corresponding link, no personal information is transmitted to the respective providers. Your calling up of the linked page is at the same time the basis for the data processing by the respective providers. We have no influence on the data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes of the processing, and the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of data by the plug-in providers.
C. Data Retention & Right
Talent Kick stores your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary or legally required. This is in relation to the personal data that you provide when contacting the program. You have the right to access the personal data we store about you.
You can contact us at any moment to request your data be modified or deleted. If you would like to access, review, correct, update, or have your personal information deleted from our records, please contact Talent Kick at info@talentkick.ch. Once your identity is confirmed, we will deal with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

1. What are Cookies?
